There is no business channel for these products
Meta has closed its commercial programme. Sony and Nintendo publish no corporate or wholesale route. A company that needs forty headsets cannot buy them from the manufacturer.
We are the route that exists. Below is exactly how it works.

TechFlowz is an independent retail supplier and importer. We are NOT an authorised distributor of any brand named on this page, we hold no distribution agreement, and we do not claim one. No partnership, no sponsorship, no endorsement. All trademarks belong to their owners.
What we can stand behind is set out on this page: genuine sealed stock, our own import documentation, and warranty carried by us here in Ulaanbaatar.

Process
How a unit reaches you
A company with no authorisation to cite cannot earn trust by asserting it — only by showing a process you can inspect. So here is every step.

Enquiry and written quote
You tell us what, how many, and when. We come back in writing — with the lead time, the warranty terms, and which regional version you will receive.

Bought through official retail
We buy sealed, genuine stock through the brands' own official retail channels abroad. Nothing refurbished, regraded or repackaged.

Serial numbers recorded
Every unit's serial number is logged on arrival. Photographs of the sealed boxes go to you before the shipment leaves.

Shipping and import
We import under our own name. We tell you which consignment your units are in and the week it lands.

Customs
We handle clearance. Mongolian VAT on imports is 10 percent, applied on the customs value.

Delivery and inspection
Open and check every unit in front of our driver. Anything wrong goes back the same day.

Genuineness
How you can check it is genuine
Anyone can type the word "genuine". So instead of the word, here is the check.
Factory sealed
Every unit is sealed retail stock. Nothing refurbished, regraded or repackaged.
Serials before shipment
Serial numbers and photographs of the sealed boxes reach you before the goods ship, so you can match them against what arrives.
Inspect on delivery
Open any unit at handover. You do not sign before you look.

After-sales
Warranty and repair
This section is our own commitment — not the manufacturer's.
Manufacturing defect
If a unit fails out of the box or carries a manufacturing fault, we replace it. Not repair — replace.
NOT YET PROVIDED
Damage in use
If the damage was caused in use, we repair it free of charge wherever we can. If it cannot be repaired, we say so plainly rather than promise a fix we cannot deliver.
What we will not claim
We do not say "worldwide warranty" or "official manufacturer service". For these brands the manufacturer's warranty is limited to the country of purchase, and there is no authorised service centre in Mongolia. So the warranty is carried by TechFlowz, here. You call us, not a manufacturer in another country.
Warranty terms are printed on the invoice for each order — not only on this website.

How ordering and pricing work
There are no prices on this page because they move with the exchange rate, freight and quantity. But there is no reason to hide what they are made of.
What the price is made of
- Exchange rate — quoted at the rate on the day
- Freight — by weight, volume and speed
- Customs clearance and 10% VAT
- Quantity — units consolidated into one shipment cost less each
What happens next
- 1You send an enquiry — what, how many, when.
- 2We ask anything we need to, then send a written quote stating lead time, warranty and the regional version.
- 3You confirm; we invoice and give you the shipping schedule.
Every quote carries a stated validity period — the rate moves, so an open-ended price would not be honest.
